Terms & Conditions for Mentoring & Training

1. Application

i. These Terms and Conditions apply to the provision of mentoring and training services in connection with the refurbishment or development of your property.

ii. You are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions when you accept our quotation or from the date of the start of the services (whichever happens earlier) and these Terms and Conditions and our quotation are the entire agreement between us.

2. Telephone support

i. You are allocated 60 minutes of calls per month. Any time not used in a month can roll over into subsequent months, however any call time not used at the the time of cancelling your membership will be lost.

ii. The client should be aware that if the calls become infrequent or ad-hoc there is more chance of the project not running smoothly.

iii. Any calls not taken between 9.00am and 5.15pm Monday to Friday are subject to a £100 surcharge per call.

3. Duration of the product

i. The minimum commitment is 6 months.

ii. We can withdraw, cancel or amend a quotation if it has not been accepted by you, or if the services have not started, within a period of 30 days from the date of the quotation, (unless the quotation has been withdrawn).

4. Payment

i. A monthly standing order will be created and last for a minimum of 6 months. This will be set up prior to the first call.

5. Subscription Cancellation

i. If you wish to cancel your subscription email [email protected] at least 72 hours before your next monthly payment is due to be taken.

6. Disclaimer and waiver of claims

i. Investing in property is a speculative method of investment and so you could lose money. Any knowledge passed on by Refurbishment Masterclass is educational in nature, the intent of the mentoring is to educate about and support with the refurbishment and development of properties.

ii. You cannot hold Refurbishment Masterclass or any people working with them responsible for any subsequent personal activity within the area of property investment and refurbishment or development of properties.

7. Intellectual property

i. All content, materials and systems provided by Refurbishment Masterclass, whether written or verbal are copyright material of Refurbishment Masterclass. You are not permitted to copy, make available or divulge to any unauthorized party, in any way, any of the materials, strategies or teachings of this mentoring, whether for financial gain or not. We reserve the right to take any appropriate action to restrain or prevent the infringement of such intellectual property rights.
