Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you request to cancel your place up to 2 weeks prior to the training course you will be entitled to a full refund minus £50.00 or transfer for free to the next available date.

If you request to cancel your place up to 1 week prior to the training course you will be entitled to a full refund minus £100.00 or transfer to the next available date for a fee (£50.00).

If you request to cancel within 48 hours of the training course you will not be entitled to any refund but may transfer to the next available date for a fee (£100.00).

If the event runs during bad weather and more than 50% of the attendees are able to get to the venue we will accept no responsibility for refunds.

If Refurbishment Masterclass Ltd decides to cancel the event, a full refund or free transfer will be offered.

Money Back Guarantee

Any attendee who is not happy by lunch time on the day of the course can return any notes for a full refund, which will be processed within 48 hours.

Photos and videos will be captured during the event for the purposes of marketing.
