Our founder, Martin Rapley, started his career in September 1985. His first job was in London, standing in a "muddy hole" in Chelsea that eventually became 24 high-end luxury apartments. Since that first project, Martin has operated as a Degree-Qualified Quantity Surveyor (QS) and Project Manager, delivering over 1000 refurbishments and conversions.
Martin has delivered everything from complex gallery works at the Victoria and Albert Museum to day to day maintenance of social housing.
